| Prof. Dr. Fred Paas Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands Fred Paas is professor and chair of the research group Educational and Developmental Psychology at the Department of Psychology, Education and Child Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. He is also a professorial fellow at the School of Education/Early Start of the University of Wollongong in Australia. He holds a master's degree (1988) in human movement sciences and a Ph.D. degree (1993) in instructional technology. His research focuses on the design of effective and efficient learning environments by applying contemporary, multidisciplinary scientific knowledge about the human cognitive system. He has published more than 300 articles and book chapters and he was recognized as the world's most productive author in the five best journals in the field of educational psychology. Since 2015 he has been the editor-in-chief of the journal Educational Psychology Review, which is the number one journal in the field of educational psychology. He is also on the editorial board of several other renowned journals, such as the Journal of Educational Psychology, Educational Technology Research and Development, and the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. |

| Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.. Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited more than 20 countries across the globe and visiting professors to some of the universities. |

He is the dean of School of Business of Hunan International Economics University, chief expert of the provincial-level social science key research base. He is also foregoer of provincial-level key construction course ‘International Trade’, provincial-level teaching team ‘International Trade’, provincial-level characteristic specialty ‘International Economics and Trade‘. His main research areas are international economic and trade theory and policy; institutional innovation and international trade; international competitive advantage and competitive strategy. |
| Prof. Dr. Hamadullah Kakepoto University of Sindh，Pakistan Prof. Dr. Hamadullah Kakepoto possesses over 26 years experience of teaching and administration at university level. He is serving as Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Sindh, Jamshoro since May 2022. Prior to this position, he was working as Chairman, Department of Sociology, University of Sindh where he has served for twice; from 2021 to 2022 and 2011-2013. He has also worked as Director, Area Study Centre, Far East and Southeast Asia, University of Sindh from 2013 to 2018. Moreover, he has served at Greenwich University Karachi as Founding Dean, Social Sciences from 2006 to 2007. He has also contributed his services in BIZTEK Karachi as Associate Dean from 2007 to 2008. Besides, he has exposure to teach at Internatianal level too. He has worked as a Visiting Professor in the Zheijiang Normal University Jinnuah China and Universiti of Malaysia Perlis. Also, he has served as a Visiting Scholar in the Brigham Young University (BYU) USA. Apart from teaching and administration, he takes keen interest in research and has contributed in 19 various national and international conferences. He has produced many M.Phil and Ph.D scholars serving on important posts. |
| Prof. Guomin Chen Guilin University Of Aerospace Technology, China Prof.Guomin Chen was graduated from Dalian University of Technology with doctor degree of management. Now he is the director of China-ASEAN Management Case Study Center, the supervisor of master students, the member of Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy Research, the member of Professional Committee of Enterprise Innovation and Industrial Policy, and the member of Guilin Qixing District CPPCC. Now Prof.Guomin Chen is hosting the National Social Science Foundation of China (NSFC) "Research on the Response and Influence Mechanism of Online Education for Urban Families in the Context of "Double Reduction" in Education, the "Key Technology of Ubiquitous and Heterogeneous Terminal Intelligent IOT" of the National Key R&D Project Equipment cloud and cloud communication security", the completion of the Tieling Municipal Government's "Tieling Judicial Bureau Information Technology Construction" project. He has also Participated in the completion of the project of "Intelligent Environment-based Individualized Learning Research for Students" of the Central Institute of Education, and the project of "Reference Price, Cultural The influence of reference price and cultural value on the purchase intention of rich media books". Prof.Guomin Chen has published 8 research papers indexed by SCI&SSCI, and one monograph. And his teaching case written in 2022, Guilin Southern Medicine: From Nobel Prize Technology to Malaria Buster in Africa", won the National Award for 100 Excellent Management Cases, which is the only one in Guangxi. His main research interest is Online Education, Enterprise Digital Platform, Case Study. |
| Asso. Prof. Hao Huang Zhuhai Research Institute, Hubei University, China Hao Huang received his bachelor's degree from Department of Communication Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University in 2009. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, he worked for Huawei Technologies Co. as a research engineer and also a system engineer in the Optic-Electronic Department of HiSilicon. Since 2017, he joined Hubei University as an associate professor. He is a member of IEEE, and a reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, etc. His research interests include nonlinear system modeling, adaptive digital signal processing, and machine vision algorithms. |

| Prof. Dr. Andrew W. H. Ip University of Saskatchewan, Canada Prof. Andrew W. H. Ip received his PhD from Loughborough University (U.K.), MBA from Brunel University (U.K.), MSc in Industrial Engineering from Cranfield University (U.K.), and LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton (U.K.). Dr Ip was awarded in 2015 “Gold Medal with the Congratulations of Jury” and “Thailand Award for Best International Invention” in the 43rd International Exhibition of Geneva, and he was awarded the “Natural Science Award ” in 2013 Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards by the Ministry of Education of Mainland China. Dr. Ip is distinguished and visiting professor of various China mainland universities, and Honorary Industrial Fellow of the University of Warwick, Warwick Manufacturing Group. He is Professor Emeritus and adjunct professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan and senior research fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a chartered engineer, senior member of IEEE and member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and members of various professional bodies in mechanical and electrical engineering. | Prof. Lianne Lam Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China Prof. Lianne Lam is a Professor of Practice with the Department of Management and Marketing of the Faculty of Business, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is also a visiting lecturer at the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education on Behavioral Approach to Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skill, at their Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu centers. Prof. Lam received her DBA form the Hong Kong Polytechnic University focusingon Environmental Education. Her thesis paper was awarded as the first runner up of the "Best Thesis of the Year" and was presented in the Public Management Research Conference in the University of Wisconsin in 2013, and at the Academy of Management in 2017. Prof. Lam also holds an EMBA Degree, a Bachelor of Law Degree with the Peking University, and a Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science with the University of Toronto. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Prof. Lianne Lam dedicates to foster positive thinking and sustainable development in Hong Kong. She founded the Hong Kong Sustainability Society, a non-profit organization, in 2014, and now acts as the CEO of the organization. |

He is having 30 years of rich experience as Head of IT invariousreputedMNCs both in India & abroad . Professor Sarangi was Head of IT of Hindalco Industries , a Aditya Birla Group company located at Hirakud , Odisha for both its Smelter & Power plant and then relocated to Malaysia as Head of IT for its Palm Oil Edible Oil and Oleo Chemical division. Subsequently professor Sarangi moved to Singapore as Head of Business Information System of Palm Oil Business of RGE Pte Ltd Singapore. Professor Sarangi has vast experience mainly focused on IT Strategy, IT Project Management, IT Planning & Governance, IT Infrastructure Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, People Management, IT Policy & Security, Vendor Management, ERP implementation etc.. He has undergone various training& seminars from reputed institute like NTU-Singapore, IIM-Kolkata, NITIE-Mumbai, Human Synergistic International- Bangalore, Nityo Infotech-Singapore .
